There are so many things this app can't do. It can't order a pizza for me. There are other apps for that. It can't clean my room. Unfortunately there's not an app for that. What it does do it does excellently. - I'm able to enter my and my coworkers work schedules in a clear, simple format that can be viewed daily, weekly, monthly or yearly with ease. I can assign a unique color to each person making quick checks a snap. - If you want all the bells and whistles, go find something else and be prepared to face "contains ads and in-app purchases". - If you want a clean looking, simple to use, straightforward and editable calendar that doesn't take up a lot of space on your device, you can stop looking now and download this app.
This app was the only real alternative I could find to Google Calendar if, like me, you like to run your Android without being logged into your Google account (settings > accounts > Google > remove). I have been running this app for a couple of months now and it has been a very reliable Calendar app. I have downloaded their other apps too including the paid for versions of the text message, phone dialer, and contacts apps as you will need these if not wanting to use Google Android built-in apps.
I love this app. I like to keep everything as organized as possible especially with how busy my schedule can get, even during the pandemic. I LOOOVE that I can create my own color and tone for specific events and activities it's fantastic since most calendern apps only give you a choice of a couple of colors, this one has a color grid. I literally have 5 shades of blue for outdoor activities. I get excited and brag about it to others. I seriously appreciate this app. So happy I downloaded it.
I love this calendar app! I use it to keep track of monthly bills! I have bills entered in black font and recurring monthly. I label events in pink, my son's sport's schedules in green, birthdays in purple, holidays in red.. I love that each event type can be in a different color font....this makes it easy to glance at the month and see what's going on. When a bill's paid, I immediately click on that bill and change the font color from black to gray! I've done this for a year w/ no issues
This is MUCH better than the android 9 Google calendar that came preinstalled. It is easier to use, with more, better options and you can set colours for different events. If you are a shift worker you will find this useful to set your days on, off, sick, overtime, paid public holidays, etc. Public holidays don't come preloaded but what do you expect for free. No ads.! I will buy the latest version, the cost of which is less than US$ 1. Google should employ this developer.
I have tried and/or used various Calendar APPs. For me, this is by far the best for my needs. Daily, Weekly, Monthly ... timed reminders ... can color code entries, e.g., make appointments a different color than family matters ... Setting times is a breeze ... adding entries is simple ... The bright color of the Calendar is quick and easy to notice and read ... etc. ... I cannot imagine this Calendar APP not meeting nearly everyone's needs ... Excellent!
